Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of positive psychology principles in the work environment of GoRich Nongkojajar Community. The methods used include interactive workshops, training sessions, discussions, and counseling. The results showed that the application of positive psychology, including mindfulness techniques, can improve employees' mental health, well-being, and create a more productive and harmonious work atmosphere. Program evaluation was conducted through pre-test, post-test, observation, feedback, and reflection sessions. This research makes a positive contribution to community development and creating a healthier and more productive workplace.
