This study aims to test the effectiveness of using a digital to-do list in reducing academic procrastination in final year students who are writing their thesis. Using a one-group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design, the intervention was conducted for six weeks involving ten participants from the Faculty of Psychology, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. The main instrument was an academic procrastination scale with high content validity and reliability (α = 0.91). Participants were asked to actively use the Google Tasks application, with weekly monitoring via screenshots. The results of the paired sample t-test analysis showed a significant difference between the pretest (M = 100.4) and posttest (M = 34.9) scores, t(9) = 15.720, p < 0.001. These findings indicate that the application of a digital to-do list is effective in reducing the level of academic procrastination. The practical implications of this study support the use of technology-based interventions in developing time management in final year students
